Using ingredient cake pans with
Chocolate Malt Cake
- 9 cake pans with
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 1 frosting
- 1/2 batter cake (into pan)
- 450 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 325 gr cake flour
- 280 gr flour with baking powder
- 270 gr sugar
- 240 ml flat dark beer
- 180 ml butter until ligh beat in egg yolks one at a time
