Chocolate Malt Cake

• 3 eggs (separated)
• 1 frosting
• 1/2 batter cake (into pan)
• 450 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 325 gr cake flour
• 280 gr flour with baking powder
• 270 gr sugar
• 240 ml flat dark beer
• 180 ml butter until ligh beat in egg yolks one at a time

Dark Fruitcake

• 14 by
• 8 eggs
• 3 lemons
• 3 oranges
• 2 apricot (dried halves)
• 2 pecans
• 2 at a time
• 1 pitted prunes
• 1/2 below top
• 650 gr dark brown sugar
