Curried Chicken Rolls

  • 2 chicken breast without skin (halves)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 120 ml dry wine (white)
  • 90 gr rice (cooked)
  • 40 gr raisins
  • 14 gr margarine
  • 16 ml olive oil
  • 5 gr brown sugar
  • 5 ml chicken base better than bouillon
  • 2 gr parsley (fresh chopped)
