Pork Dumpling Soup
- 2 green onions with tops chopp
- 3/4 siu mai skins
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 1/2 egg (white)
- 1,700 ml chinese chicken broth
- 130 gr pork (lean ground)
- 10 ml sesame oil
- 5 ml dry wine (white)
- 3 gr cornstarch
- 2 gr salt
