Pork Dumpling Soup

• 2 green onions with tops chopp
• 3/4 siu mai skins
• 1/2 head green cabbage
• 1/2 egg (white)
• 1,700 ml chinese chicken broth
• 130 gr pork (lean ground)
• 10 ml sesame oil
• 5 ml dry wine (white)
• 3 gr cornstarch
• 2 gr salt

Pork Dumplings

• 8 black mushrooms (dried)
• 1 egg (white)
• 1 siu mai skins
• 260 gr pork (lean ground)
• 65 gr bamboo shoots (chopped)
• 60 ml soy sauce (light)
• 30 gr green onions with (chopped)
• 16 gr cornstarch
• 10 ml soy sauce (light)
• 6 gr salt
