Double Stout

• 10 dark malt extract
• 3 ga water
• 2 1/2 bullion hops
• 2 crystal malt
• 1 1/2 golding hops
• 1 black patent malt
• 1 ascorbic acid
• 1 irish moss
• 3/4 barley
• 1/2 licorice stick

Helen's Lemonade Syrup

• 6 lemons
• 2 citric acid
• 1 tartaric acid
• 1,900 gr sugar
• 1,400 ml boiling water
