Blt Corn Chowder

- 1 ripe tomato
- 950 ml skim milk
- 400 gr salt and pepper
- 120 gr onion (chopped)
- 120 ml milk
- 100 gr coarsely romaine (shredded)
- 120 ml remaining milk with the flour until blended
- 24 gr all purpose flour
- 1 gr salt
