- 3/8 thinly shallot (sliced)
- 38 ml tamarind juice
- 32 gr coriander greens (chopped)
- 22 ml fish sauce
- 22 ml vegetable oil
- 20 gr palm sugar
- 16 ml water
- 8 gr garlic (finely chopped)
- 6 gr coriander root (chopped)
