- 425 gr potatoes scrubbed (red)
- 300 gr mashed potatoes
- 240 ml lukewarm water
- 90 ml olive oil
- 20 gr parmesan (freshly grated)
- 10 gr dry yeast (active)
- 6 gr table salt
- 3 gr rosemary leaves fine (fresh chopped)
- 2 gr sugar
