Oyster Soup With Fresh& Smoked Oysters

• 16 oysters (fresh)
• 7 smoked oysters
• 3 pot over high heat until browned (lightly)
• 1 onion
• 1 leek
• 1 potato (red)
• 1 pepper (freshly ground white)
• 1/2 dice well in water (rinsed cold)
• 950 ml milk
• 240 ml whipping cream
