- 3 tbs sifted unbleached
- 2 eggs
- 240 ml sour cream
- 220 gr brown sugar (light)
- 100 gr semisweet chocolate
- 65 gr chocolate bread crumbs
- 65 gr butter (unsalted room temp)
- 60 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 30 gr dry instant expresso
- 30 ml boiling water
