- 1/4 lighter bake
- 300 ml boiling water
- 180 ml skim milk
- 160 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 85 gr raisins
- 60 gr egg nature (second)
- 10 gr pumpkin pie spice
- 9 gr baking powder
