• 2 envelopes onion soup mix
• 2 egg whites (whole slightly beaten)
• 1 1/2 bread dough see note (frozen)
• 450 gr mashed potatoes
• 400 gr mixed vegetables (frozen thawed)
• 270 gr turkey meat (light skinless)
• 85 gr fat-free cheddar cheese (shredded)
• 65 gr bell peppers (chopped)
• 60 gr onions (chopped)
• 7 ml olive oil
