- 4 leaves of napa
- 3/4 filet of cod (thick)
- 350 ml water
- 80 gr sweet mixed pickles
- 60 ml pickle juice
- 14 gr rock sugar (crushed)
- 16 ml vinegar (white)
- 7 ml soy sauce (thin)
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 3 gr ginger root (fresh)
