• 1 egg
• 5/8 oatmeal (cooked)
• 130 gr peanuts (chopped salted)
• 80 ml milk
• 75 gr fine bread crumbs
• 60 gr cheese
• 34 gr green pepper (chopped)
• 18 gr onion (minced)
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 3 gr salt
