• 4 shallots (chopped)
• 4 garlic put through press (cloves)
• 240 ml cream (heavy)
• 120 ml sour cream
• 60 ml wine (white)
• 50 gr butter (unsalted)
• 60 ml chicken broth
• 34 gr butter melted
• 5 ml lemon juice
