• 8 black chinese mushrooms
• 4 giant radish (white)
• 3 egg whites
• 1 well egg (beaten)
• 1 kim chee
• 1 carrot
• 300 ml milk
• 280 gr beef rump (lean)
• 240 ml water (cold)
