Corn Souffle
- 3 eggs
 - 1/2 mixture gradually the egg yolks (hot into)
 - 1/4 egg whites the corn mixture (into)
 - 1,900 ml saucepan over low heat until melted
 - 900 gr souffle dish
 - 240 ml milk
 - 160 gr kernelcorn (whole)
 - 55 gr cheddar cheese
 - 45 gr margarine
 - 34 gr green chiles
