• 1 shallots (sliced)
• 1 scallions (sliced)
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1,400 ml chicken stock (light)
• 350 gr onions (sliced white)
• 240 ml cream
• 95 gr flour
• 90 gr leek whites (sliced)
