• 8 whipped topping (light)
• 1 loaf cake
• 1/2 it the coffee (into)
• 1/2 this mixture
• 240 ml boiling water
• 450 ml neufchatel cream (light)
• 150 gr granulated sugar
• 120 gr instant coffee crystals
• 45 gr rum extract
