• 4 soft shell crabs (cleaned)
• 4 sandwich rolls
• 1 prepare a wood
• 1 sandwich
• 1/4 green chile aioli
• 16 ml olive oil
• 1 slice mixed greens tomato
• 1/2 slices roll top with mixed greens
• some salt and pepper
