Cajun Soft

- 4 round sandwich buns

- 1/4 peanut oil until ho remove the crabs from the buttermilk (very)
- 950 ml green cabbage peanut oil for frying (finely sliced)
- 160 ml prepared mayonnaise
Fried Soft
- 4 soft shell crabs
- 2 eggs
- 1 essence
- 240 ml tasso hollandaise sauce
- 150 gr crawfish mashed potatoes
- 130 gr salt and pepper
- 120 ml crystal sauce (hot)
- 110 gr fine bread crumbs (dried)
- 65 gr flour
- 30 ml milk
Grilled Soft
- 4 soft shell crabs (cleaned)
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 prepare a wood
- 1 sandwich
- 1/4 green chile aioli
- 16 ml olive oil
- 1 slice mixed greens tomato
- 1/2 slices roll top with mixed greens
- some salt and pepper
Parmesan
- 8 soft shell crabs
- 8 rolls
- 2 egg
- 2 lemon
- 1/4 tabasco
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml mayonnaise

- 80 gr parmesan

Baked Stuffed Soft Shell Crabs
- 12 of cheese (wedges)
- 6 soft shell crabs
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 230 ml tomato sauce

- 6 anaheim peppers
- 4 jalapenos (red)
- 1 onion thinly (red sliced)
- 270 gr escarole (finely chopped)
- 240 ml basic tomato sauce
- 240 ml wine (white)
- 200 gr fusilli bucati pasta
