• 2 long rectangles measuring
• 1 border at the uppermost edges
• 1/2 mushroom mixture over rectangle
• 425 gr all butter puff pastry defrosted according to directions in a skillet (heavy)
• 160 gr mushrooms (white)
• 150 gr onions (frozen chopped)
• 55 gr olive
• 55 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
• 30 ml oil over high heat until but smokin the onions (hot not)
