Beef Pie

• 1 gravy seasoning (optional)
• 1,500 gr beef (cooked diced)
• 1,400 gr onion cooking liquid
• 475 ml boiling water
• 475 gr green peas (frozen)
• 350 gr onions quartered
• 250 gr unsifted flour
• 170 gr margarine
• 130 gr unsifted flour
• 110 gr butter

Caramelized Onion Soup

• 8 oven-proof bowls
• 1 original recipe used regular chicken
