Gascony Lamb Casserole
- 24 garlic (cloves)
- 2 1/2 lamb (cut into)
- 2 spanish onions
- 1 in chunks
- 1 olive ciabatta
- 350 ml wine (red)
- 190 gr cannellini beans (dried)
- 280 ml chicken stock (fresh)
- 130 gr pork belly (cut into)
- 24 gr tins anchovy fillets
