Curried Mushroom Soup
- 3 mushrooms
- 1 chicken boullion cube
- 950 ml skim milk
- 475 ml boiling water ve oil spray (light)
- 170 gr portobellas (chopped fresh)
- 140 gr leek (chopped)
- 85 gr assorted mushrooms (dried)
- 28 gr mushrooms (dried)
- 16 gr all purpose flour
- 16 ml dry sherry
