Curried Mushroom Soup
- 3 mushrooms
- 1 chicken boullion cube
- 950 ml skim milk
- 475 ml boiling water ve oil spray (light)
- 170 gr portobellas (chopped fresh)
- 140 gr leek (chopped)
- 85 gr assorted mushrooms (dried)
- 28 gr mushrooms (dried)
- 16 gr all purpose flour
- 16 ml dry sherry
Filet Mignon Parcels
- 6 filet mignons
- 4 madeira
- 4 leeks
- 1/2 poun
- 160 gr assorted mushrooms
- 130 gr butter (unsalted)
- 30 ml olive oil
- 26 gr chives (chopped fresh)
- 2 packages phyllo dough (frozen)
Wild Mushroom Sauce
- 120 gr assorted mushrooms (fresh)
- 120 ml whipping cream
- 60 ml sherry
- 40 gr mushrooms (dried)
- 18 gr butter (unsalted)
- 8 gr garlic (finely minced)
- 7 gr shallots (finely minced)
- 1 gr salt
