Using ingredient ready-made puff pastry
Flaky Salmon Surprise
- 130 gr pink alaska salmon (canned)
- 100 gr ready-made puff pastry
- 90 ml milk
- 45 ml sour cream
- 45 gr cucumber
- 14 gr butter
- 8 gr flour (plain)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr tarragon (freshly chopped)
Highland Sausage Roll
- 10 venison
- 2 pitted prunes
- 1 onion
- 180 gr ready-made puff pastry
- 95 gr belly of pork
- 18 gr port
- 1/2 slices on either side of the mea damp the end of pastry
- some good grinding of pepper
- some allspice
