Baked Ratatouille& Cheese Custard

• 4 garlic (cloves minced)
• 3 egg yolks
• 2 onions fine (chopped)
• 2 bell pepper (yellow)
• 1 eggplant (peeled)
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1/2 stick butter (unsalted)
• 475 ml milk
• 300 gr ripe tomatoes fine (chopped)
• 200 gr chick peas (cooked)
