- 1 1/2 clam base
- 950 ml milk (whole)
- 240 ml whipping cream (heavy)
- 220 gr broccoli including (ground)
- 140 gr sea clams (chopped)
- 40 gr flour
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 28 gr butter
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 6 gr garlic (fresh chopped)
