• 400 assemble
• 25 sheets of phyllo
• 10 sheets of phyllo on the bottom of the dish
• 5 egg whites
• 1 onion
• 1/2 spinach filling on top
• 1/2 spinach fillin
• 120 gr spinach
• 3 gr pepper
• 1 package mushrooms
