  • 2 starter in the just what we need (pan)
  • 1 onion coarsely (chopped)
  • 1/2 egg
  • 425 ml warm water
  • 250 gr rye flour
  • 250 gr bread flour
  • 60 ml water
  • 60 ml water should be added (slowly)
  • 32 gr more flour if needed to get the dough ball to the right consistency
