Ingredients
- 2 rye sour
- 2 starter in the just what we need (pan)
- 1 onion coarsely (chopped)
- 1/2 egg
- 425 ml warm water
- 250 gr rye flour
- 250 gr bread flour
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml water should be added (slowly)
- 32 gr more flour if needed to get the dough ball to the right consistency
- 8 gr caraway seeds
- 4 gr salt
- 1 package yeast
- 1/2 packages dry yeast
before baking slash the top and brush with the egg beaten with 1 tbs of water and sprinkle with caraway seeds. ~-
