General Tso's Chicken

• 3 tbl soy sauce
• 2 tbl chinese chile paste with garlic
• 2 garlic (cloves minced)
• 1 egg
• 1 tbl ginger (fresh grated)
• 1 tbl oil for stirfrying
• 400 gr chicken
• 130 gr flour
• 1 gr cayenne
• 5 slices stalks bok choy crosswise (sliced)
