• 1 potato in (boiled cut pieces)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 tin coconut cream
• 1 ripe banana (chopped)
• 500 gr mixed vegetables
• 300 gr chicken thigh meat
• 28 gr ghee
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 16 ml cornflour mixed with water
