• 700 ml water
• 120 gr stone cornmeal (yellow ground)
• 120 gr corn (frozen thawed)
• 16 ml squeezed lemon juice (freshly)
• 16 ml olive oil
• 5 ml dijon mustard
• 3 gr chili powder
