• 65 gr sifted bread flour
• 40 gr brown sugar
• 28 gr butter
• 4 gr salt

Cornmeal Nips

• 1 egg
• 350 ml boiling water
• 120 gr stone cornmeal (yellow ground)
• 28 gr butter
• 6 gr sugar
• 5 ml tabasco pepper sauce
• 3 gr salt
• 2 gr onion (grated)

Fried Cornmeal Mush With Tomato Gravy

• 950 ml water (hot)
• 150 gr stone cornmeal (ground yellow)
• 32 gr all purpose flour
• 3 gr salt

Oatmeal Cornmeal Blueberry Bread

• 2 eggs
• 1 blueberries
• 1 lemon
• 190 gr unbleached flour (white)
• 150 gr sugar
• 40 gr stone cornmeal (ground yellow)
• 40 gr corn
• 40 gr regular rolled oats
• 30 gr walnuts
• 30 ml buttermilk
