- 2 vanlila extract
- 375 gr almonds (whole toasted)
- 300 gr sugar
- 300 ml cream (heavy)
- 250 gr corn syrup (light)
- 95 gr unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
- 34 gr butter (unsalted)
- 1 gr salt
