• 1 garlic clove
• 350 ml oil
• 180 ml soy sauce
• 120 ml wine vinegar
• 80 ml lemon juice
• 60 ml wostershire sauce
• 30 ml dry mustard
• 8 gr pepper
• 7 gr salt
• 1 gr parsley
