Ingredients
- 3 potatoes-cubed
- 3 onions coarsely (chopped)
- 1 pkg peas (frozen)
- 3 lb stew meat cubed
- 1 c celery (chopped)
- 2 oz wine (red)
- 3 tbsp tapioca instant
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 pinch rosemary
- 6 slices carrots (sliced)
- 1 package tomatoes with green chilis
Put all ingredients in a deep casserole, cover tightly and bake for 5 hours at 2 25~. Not necessary to brown the beef first.
