Ingredients
- 3 potatoes-cubed
- 3 onions coarsely (chopped)
- 1 pkg peas (frozen)
- 800 gr stew meat cubed
- 100 gr celery (chopped)
- 55 ml wine (red)
- 28 gr tapioca instant
- 14 gr sugar
- 8 gr salt
- 3 gr pepper
- 1 gr rosemary
- 6 slices carrots (sliced)
- 1 package tomatoes with green chilis
Put all ingredients in a deep casserole, cover tightly and bake for 5 hours at 2 -0ºC Not necessary to brown the beef first.
