Ingredients
- 1 oysters (fresh)
- 5 1/2 ts salt
- 2 tb parsley (fresh)
- 1/8 ts black pepper
- 1/8 ts paprika
- 12 slices bacon (sliced)
Drain oysters. Lay an oyster across 1/2 slice bacon. Sprinkle each oyster with seasonings and parsley. Roll entire strip of bacon around oyster and fasten with toothpicks. Place oyster on a rack in a shallow baking dish. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Remove toothpicks and serve.
