Ingredients
- 2 c brown rice (cooked)
- 2 tb ketchup
- 1/4 c onion fine (chopped)
- 1/2 ts garlic powder
- 1 ts oregano
- 1/8 ts thyme
- 1 package kidney beans
Combine everything in a large bowl and mash well. Form into 6 patties and cook in a non-stick pan until browned on both sides. I consider a serving to be 3 patties. Each serving has 1019 kcal, 6g fat, 206g carbs, 24g fiber(!!!), and 37g protein.
