Ingredients
- 1 suet
- 10 pound chuck (ground)
- 3 qt water
- 2 cup chili powder (hot)
- 3/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cumin
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/8 cup pepper (red)
Add fat first, then meat and seasonings to fat. Add water after it cooks 2 hours. Twenty minutes before serving add sugar. Cook 3 hours total. Stir occasionally. Good with raw chopped onion on top.
