Ingredients
- 1 suet
- 4,500 gr chuck (ground)
- 2,800 ml water
- 270 gr chili powder (hot)
- 80 gr paprika
- 50 gr sugar
- 50 gr cumin
- 40 gr garlic powder
- 34 gr salt
- 18 gr pepper (red)
Add fat first, then meat and seasonings to fat. Add water after it cooks 2 hours. Twenty minutes before serving add sugar. Cook 3 hours total. Stir occasionally. Good with raw chopped onion on top.
