Ingredients
- 1 cabbage (red)
- 1 onion
- 1/4 pt wine (red)
- 2 oz butter
- 2 tb simple syrup
- 2 slices apples
over a low flame, stirring constantly. Add the remaining ingredients, cover the pan and simmer gently for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Season to taste
