Ingredients
- 4 cornish game hens
- 4 tangerines
- 2 tblspns of this hen (into)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tblpsn butter inside hen
- 240 ml squeezed orange juice (fresh)
- 60 ml zinfandel wine
- 55 gr butter
- 34 gr pecans (chopped)
- 24 gr onion (minced)
- 22 gr mushrooms (chopped)
- 16 ml honey
- 5 ml soy sauce
until done. NOTE I have used this same thing on chickens too as well Guinea hens. All came out well as did the quail I used it with. Origin: Don Houston's kitchen...circa 1970-something!
