Ingredients
- 1/4 flax seeds
- 10 oz warm water
- 2 c flour (white)
- 1 c wheat flour (whole)
- 2 tb liquid honey
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 2 tb sesame seeds
- 1 tb poppy seeds
- 2 ts dry yeast (active)
- 1 1/8 ts salt
