Ingredients
- 1/4 flax seeds
- 280 ml warm water
- 250 gr flour (white)
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 30 ml liquid honey
- 45 ml vegetable oil
- 16 gr sesame seeds
- 9 gr poppy seeds
- 8 gr dry yeast (active)
- 3 gr salt
