Ingredients
- 4 lamb shoulder chops
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c dijon mustard
- 1/4 ts ginger (ground)
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Trim excess fat from chops; place chops on grill. Generously spread chops with half of spice mixture and baste during grilling. ----
